Hi! I'm a research physicist in the Acoustics Division of the U.S. Naval Research Laboratory, working on acoustic propagation and scattering. Previously, I was an R&D Scientist at Applied Research in Acoustics. I received my Ph.D. from the Nuclear Theory Group of the Department of Physics and Astronomy at Stony Brook University, working under the supervision of Prof. Edward Shuryak. During my Ph.D., I conducted numerical simulations of magnetic quasiparticles in quark gluon plasma, in an effort to describe and understand the phenomenona of confinement, jet quenching, and chiral symmetry breaking.
